For owners of the apartments offered for weekly rentals in Cervinia, our management service includes, in addition to promotion, the classification and pricing of the various apartments, all the activity around the booking, reception and check-in, check-out assistance, verification and reorganization of the apartments, relations with maintenance personnel as well as the overall management of the user.
For owners of apartments offered for monthly or seasonal leases (mainly in Valtournenche) the service includes, in addition to promotion, activities concerned with the booking, reception and check-in, the stipulation and the computerized registration of contracts as well as check-out activities.
Weekly rents form a very complex and challenging task on the whole which makes it virtually impossible to establish a direct relationship between users and owners.
